A Suggestion for Health and Healing

What is Chlorine Dioxide (CLO2)?
(also called MMS1, CD, and CDS)
Chlorine Dioxide is a gas with one molecule of chlorine and two of oxygen, formed when an acid is added to sodium chlorite.  Confusingly, it is called both MMS1 and CD.  When Chlorine Dioxide, the gas, is dissolved into water, a process involving 24 hours for kitchen chemists, Chlorine Dioxide Solution, or CDS, is created.
When taken at the right dosage, Chlorine Dioxide, in any form or by any acronym, is an oxygen delivery mechanism seemingly unparalleled.
As such, it is extremely effective in oxidizing pathogens, toxins, bacteria, acidic deposits, viruses, poisons, etc.
It is not carcinogenic and not toxic at the correct dosages. It breaks apart in the body into oxygen and a tiny bit of salt. That said, it does not cure disease but rather oxidizes or combusts with what is preventing the body from doing what it is designed to do, heal itself.

NOTE: Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) is not chlorine (Cl) which has no oxygen molecules and is number 17 on the table of elements.
Chlorine Dioxide also is not sodium hypochlorite (NCLO) or bleach, which has one less oxygen molecule than sodium chlorite (NCLO2). Confusing sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and sodium chlorite is similar to confusing carbon monoxide (1 molecule of oxygen) with carbon dioxide (2 molecules of oxygen). (As mentioned above, sodium chlorite is activated with an acid to make chlorine dioxide.)

A Step by Step Process to Using Chlorine Dioxide for Health and Healing

Step 1. Study, Watch, Research, and Listen.
Click on the Title of the Item Below - It links to a site where you can purchase or download.

Books for the Effective, Safe Use of Chlorine Dioxide
  • MMS Health Recovery Guide Book by Jim Humble on Amazon Kindle
  • Forbidden Heath by Andreas Kalcker
Videos about MMS, CD, CDS...
  • Chlorine Dioxide: The Universal Remedy that Drug Companies Hate (on Rumble)
  • The Universal Antidote: the Science and Story of Chlorine Dioxide (on Bitchute)

Step 2. If you are open to moving forward, make an honest assessment of your health circumstances,
  • Document lesions, abrasions, skin issues with photographs.
  • Describe and/or video evidence of all ailments, pains, infections, worries.
  • List various diagnoses and, when possible, the measurements from tests you have access to, including diabetes, high blood pressure, UTI's, candida, menstrual issues, ADHD, gastro-intestinal issues, issues with constipation or diarrhea, cancer, Covid, long covid, autoimmune disorders... etc...

Step 3. Make a decision on a course of action based on the texts of Kalcker or Humble from Step 1 above. They are VERY clear in their instructions.
Many Protocols for using Chlorine Dioxide from Kalcker's text begin with Protocol A with Chlorine Dioxide and bridge to Protocol C with Chlorine Dioxide Solution.
These two protocols are detailed below.

Picture
How to Effectively Make and Take a Solution of “1 Drop”
  1. Wait ½ hour after eating and at least 1 hour after taking medications. When taking Chlorine Dioxide avoid antioxidants because they can neutralize chlorine dioxide's effectiveness.
  2. Get a clean glass that holds at least 1 cup of water.
  3. Put one drop of A, sodium chlorite (25%).
  4. Put one drop of B, hydrochloric acid (4%).  (The “1 drop” dose is 1 drop of A and 1 drop of B). Tip the glass so that the drops combine. Do NOT take a close up whiff of the mixture. Keep it at a bit of a distance. Yes, it smells like bleach (NCLO) but it is chlorine dioxide (CLO2)!
  5. Count to 30 or 40 and notice that the liquid has turned amber.
  6. Add 100-200 ml of water (about ½ to 3/4 cup) and swirl the mixture in the glass (do not stir with metal). Do not use tap water but rather water that is free of additives, such as distilled water or osmosis filter water. To make ½ drop pour out half of the mix and replace with plain water.
  7. Drink at a comfortable pace but try to consume within a minute. Chlorine Dioxide is a gas and does evaporate. Don't eat for ½ hour. Do not take medications for 1 hour.
The dosage for Protocol A is from ½ to 3 drops as determined by the individual and can be increased over the 4 days (or more) as desired. (Please read the "3 Fundamental Principles.")

Andres Kalcker recommends starting with 3 drops with the first dose but this may bring a detoxification reaction (Herxheimer) in the form of nausea, diarrhea, metallic taste in the mouth, fatigue or some other uncomfortable symptom (not dangerous but rather a symptom of detoxification).

Protocol C (derived from “Forbidden Health” by Andres Kalcker pg 125

“Protocol C using Chlorine Dioxide Solution is a universal, easy to follow protocol with practically no side effects, which makes it indicated for most treatments.
It consists of drinking 1 mil of Chlorine Dioxide Solution, CDS, 0.3% or 3000 ppm diluted in water, every hour, between 8 and 12 times a day. Experience has shown that regular small doses is much better than larger less frequent doses just like breathing all day is better than taking a big gulp of air and holding it. The oxygen in the dose combusts and is used up in about an hour, just like the oxygen we breath in must be replaced regularly because the oxygen is used up by the body.
  1.  Get some CDS 0.3% or 3000 ppm  from someone who knows how to make it correctly. (It’s made by dissolving the chlorine dioxide (a gas) into water over a 24 hour period.)
  2. Add 10 ml of CDS 3000 ppm to 1 liter of good water in a bottle that can be tightly closed. Do not use tap water.
  3. Take a dose about every hour. You'll have to extend that time when you eat. Wait ½ hour after you finish eating to take your dose and then don't eat again for ½ hour after taking it. Wait 1 hour after taking medication to take your dose. Wait Avoid concentrated anti-oxidants since they can neutralize CD's effectiveness (juices, berries, vitamin C...)
  4. Finish the bottle by the end of the day.
  5. For severe illnesses, you might increase the dosage up to a maximum of 30 ml per liter of water.
  6. For critical or life-threatening cases, increase the number of doses to 12 by preparing a second bottle with 40 ml in each. Drink the total of 80 ml over 12 intakes.
  7. The treatment can continue for as long as necessary until the individual feels recovered.

What if, after 4 or 5 days, the treatment seems ineffective?
"When someone is sick, and especially if they are seriously sick, it is a good time for the person to stop and examine various things, such as their diet and lifestyle. Eating right, exercising right, and living right all contribute to good health. While good nutrition is important for the body to get well, when someone is on the protocols described in this book, it can actually be helpful to avoid taking nutritional supplements for a time. This is because pathogens also feed on good nutrition, so in a sense, if you are taking nutritional supplements while the pathogens are still alive, you are building up with one hand and tearing down with the other. In addition, some nutritional supplements neutralize Chlorine Dioxide."
-Humble, Jim; Lloyd, Cari. MMS Health Recovery Guide Book (p. 57). UNKNOWN. Kindle Edition.

Food and Drink to Avoid When using a Chlorine Dioxide Protocol
● "When taking Chlorine Dioxide avoid alcohol, chocolate, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, caffeinated drinks, tea (black, green and many herbal teas) milk, coconut water, orange juice, tangerine juice or any drinks with added Vitamin C (ascorbic acid).
● Do not take foods or supplements that are particularly high in antioxidants such as moringa, as these things cancel out the effectiveness of MMS. This is not to say you cannot have any of these foods if you are taking MMS. However when on a particular protocol it is better to wait until you finish your MMS doses for the day before consuming the above items, or take them first thing in the morning, then wait two hours before starting MMS dosing. Space them out by at least two hours after your last daily dose, or two hours before starting your daily dosing. ● If you are battling with a major disease you may want to suspend supplements all together for a time, as explained in the section above on Nutritional Supplements and the HRP."  - Humble, Jim; Lloyd, Cari. MMS Health Recovery Guide Book (pp. 59-60). UNKNOWN. Kindle Edition.

Step 4. Order Materials that support your decision.
For MMS1 or CD
  • The Original Chlorine Dioxide Kit 2 Part Classic Liquid 1:1 Set Hydrochloric Acid 4-5% (HCl) : Sodium Solution Extra Large (8 oz Total) e.g. for Protocol A (Kalcker) or Protocol 1000 (Humble).
For CDS
  • How to Make CDS the Easy Way. with Andreas Kalcker - must see YouTube video e.g. for Protocol C (Kalcker)
  • Bormioli Rocco Fido Clear Glass Jar with 85 mm Gasket,0.5 Liter (Pack of 2) for making CDS
  • 1.5 oz Shot Glasses Sets with Heavy Base, Clear Shot Glass (2 Pack) for making CDS
  • Karlling 10ml Syringe for liquid, Plastic Syringe Without Needle for making CDS
Materials for Regularly Taking MMS1, CD, and CDS
  • Brown Liter Bottles for Protocol C when using CDS
  • Brown 2oz Spray Bottles for Application on Skin e.g. for Protocol D (Kalcker) or Protocol (larger sizes and quantities available )
  • Brown 2oz Bottles for transporting CDS in a purse, carry ons, or pocket (larger sizes and quantities available )
  • Droppers for getting CDS out of small bottles. Using dropper bottles is tricky. I found the rubber was disintegrating into the CDS... not good. These are disposable after a few uses.
  • Brown Jars for CDS after making it in the larger clear jar. This means opening the jar less times so that the gas doesn't escape and the solution lose its potency. Holds about ten 10ml doses.

Step 5. Carry out your plan, preferably in community, adjusting as necessary.
"3 Fundamental Principles" derived from Jim Humble's book. Link is provided at the top of the page in Step 1.
"The simple rules with our MMS Protocols and the fundamental principles of the Health Recovery Plan, which we call the Three Golden Rules..., are as follows:
  1. If you see progress—keep up with what you are doing. Do not change anything. Do not go to the next protocol. Do not increase to the next drop; when improving, just keep on doing what you have been doing until well, or until you no longer see any progress, in which case you would go to the next level.
  2. If you have unsettling symptoms -- anytime you are experiencing nausea, diarrhea, vomiting or excessive tiredness and/or are feeling worse than your illness is already making you, reduce your intake by half. If these symptoms continue, then continue to reduce by one half until you are no longer feeling worse than your illness is making you feel. Then when Herxheimer symptoms (nausea, diarrhea, etc.) subside, build back up slowly to the proper dosage as per the protocol you are on, but not to the point of making yourself feel worse than your illness is already making you feel.
  3. If you do not see any progress towards healing within a five to six day period then go to the next level—ramp up—begin increasing your intake. Depending where you are in following a protocol, add drops to your dose, and/or move on to the next protocol. Every time you add on a new protocol, do not stop what you are already doing. Add on, but do not stop any of the previous protocols you were following."

Step 6. Measure, photograph, video, chart,
  • Return to the assessment made in Step 2.
  • Reassess everything and note any changes, even if you doubt they are connected to your use of CDS.

Step 7. Enjoy your life and share your results discreetly one on one with others who might benefit, within your community.

*The Various Names, a Clarification
MMS is a name given to Chlorine Dioxide by Jim Humble which stands for "Miracle Mineral Solution." It is made by activating sodium chlorite with an acid, such as citric acid or hydrochloric acid. To prepare it, one measures using the "drop method" at the time of ingestion.
CD is Chlorine Dioxide made by activating sodium chlorite with hydrochloric acid, the acid found in the stomach. To prepare it, one measures using the "drop method" at the time of ingestion
CDS is Chlorine Dioxide Solution, made by dissolving the gas formed by the activation of sodium chlorite with hydrochloric acid in water.  It is taken dissolving milliliters of CDS in water. CDS has the advantage of being able to be stored in a water without losing its effectiveness which is perfect for the regular dosing necessary for Protocol C taken throughout a given day.

More About the Science of Chlorine Dioxide from Jim Humble's Book (link in Step1)
What is Chlorine Dioxide?

"Chlorine dioxide is manufactured in one of several different processes from minerals and chemicals taken from the naturally occurring mineral, sodium chloride (NaCl), which is actually table salt.
So, common table salt, sodium chloride (NaCl) through various manufacturing processes becomes sodium chlorite (NaClO2).
Chemically this is done by adding two atoms of oxygen (O2) to each molecule of salt (NaCl) to produce (NaClO2) which is sodium chlorite.
Then when this sodium chlorite is mixed with a weak food acid it becomes chlorine dioxide (ClO2) which is the main active ingredient in the protocols discussed in this book...

Understanding Oxidation
The tiny particles of the universe are held together by the electrons that surround them. Any action that results in the change of the electrons that hold matter together is considered oxidation. You may have thought that oxidation is somehow adding oxygen to what is being oxidized, but not so. Basically, oxidation either removes or changes the position of electrons that hold things together. This either completely destroys the substances or changes them into something else...

Chlorine Dioxide and Oxidation
Chlorine Dioxide destroys pathogens (disease causing microorganisms) not by using oxygen, but by oxidizing them. MMS1 draws away some of the electrons that hold the pathogens together, thus resulting in their destruction. MMS1 is also completely destroyed in the destructive process, leaving behind only a very minute amount of table salt (sodium chloride [NaCl]) and neutralized oxygen that simply washes out of the body. Various poisons created by the pathogens are also destroyed by the oxidation process. The fact is that MMS1 does not heal the body from sickness. As the oxidation process of killing the pathogen takes place, it is the body, freed from toxins, that heals the body. Beneficial bacteria are highly resistant to oxidation and thus are not harmed by chlorine dioxide.
